How to Purchase an Item/RFQ/Check Out

  • When you have found the parts you want to purchase, select “Add to Cart” to add those parts to your cart
    • You may add as many parts/varieties to a cart as you like
    • To add more than one same item, next to add cart you can type in the quantity number of parts you’d like to add
  • Once all the items you’d like to purchase are added to the cart, click on the cart button in the top right
    • In the cart screen you have the option of fulfillment method
      • Ship to your shipping address
      • Pick up: come one of our three warehouses to pick up the parts
    • You have several options on this screen as well
      • Select checkout to proceed with the order
      • Request a quote to submit a quotation request
        • Our sales team will send you a price within 24 hours so you can continue your order quickly
      • Save order
        • Select this option to save this order for future orders
          • You can access saved orders under your account
      • Add all to list
        • Create a list or add to an existing list all of the parts in your cart
      • Remove all
        • Clear all items in your cart and start over with your parts selection
      • Continue shopping
        • Return home to continue shopping
      • You can also add individual items to a list here as well by selecting “Add to List” under the individual parts
      • Individual parts can also be deleted by clicking “x” above the part or changing the part quantity to “0”
    • Under line notes you can add line item notes and if there is a serial number attached to the part, you can select specific serial numbers to attach to this part order

Request Quotes

  • Select “Request quote” to submit quote requests on parts that require it
    • Add notes if needed
    • Click “Submit Quote” and a salesperson will provide you a quoted price within 24 hours
  • Our sales team will receive the quote and reach out to your email associated with our eCommerce platform
  • A manual order over email will be placed for any quoted items instead of through the website

 

  • You can also create a Quick Order if you know your part numbers or have a spreadsheet with the correct info provided on the quick order screen
    • Follow excel spreadsheet guidelines under the “Order Upload” screen to add an excel sheet to your order
    • Once your order has been properly uploaded, select “Add to Cart” to continue to checkout
  • Check out and confirming an order
    • Be sure to confirm billing and shipping Info after selecting checkout
    • Select Carrier
      • XPO for Freight and UPS for Small Package
    • UPS Services may vary depending on the speed of delivery required
    • Select Payment Method
      • Credit Card
        • If this is your first time using a credit card, you will need to verify the card before any purchases can be made
      • 30 Days Net
        • A PO is required for both but a credit card will suffice for Credit Card PO
      • Set Requested Delivery Date
        • While we will do our best to ensure your orders arrive on the requested date, we cannot guarantee delivery will always be completed on time
    • Choose “Ship Complete” to have the entire order come together instead of in different shipments
    • Add notes to your order if you have any specific notes or requests
    • Shipping will always have an estimated price that we keep in place to ensure all costs are evaluated to ship your part including, weight, dimensions, method, and more
  • Select “Place Order” to place your order
    • You can print the order on the order confirmation screen
    • You may continue shopping or add this order to a list if you want to reference this order in the future
    • You can also view all orders under your account in the “Order History” section
